RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We hand-make every piece to suit your need, however if you feel that the garment doesn’t fit well, we’d request you to ship us your piece back with a small note stating alteration requirements and correct measurements.
Alternatively, you can exchange the piece with a store credit of the same value by shipping it back to us, but we’d appreciate a feedback and reason for the same.
To avail either of these options, the garment should be intact with all the tags and labels. All the returns should be initiated within 1 week of receiving the garment.
Terms & conditions for Return/Exchange:
- We accept Return/Exchange provided the order is sent back to us within 1 week of delivery and all tags intact.
- We offer store credit which should be redeemed in 6 months from the date of purchase.
- We do not offer refunds.
- In case of Return/Exchange,the courier charges for return will be beared by the customer.
- We request all our customers to not accept the package if it is tampered.Our quality team ensures thorough check of the garment before shipping it.We will not be held responsible and liable to Return/Exchange if the customer accepts a tampered package.
- The return shipping charges will be beared by us if the garment is defective.
- Customized garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
