If you like something online but do not use online modes of payment, we also accept direct bank transfers.
Order Processing Time:
Since we work on a made-to-order model, please understand that we don't keep a large inventory and at times an order will be made from scratch which can take anywhere between 10-12 working days depending on the availability of the fabric or style, with an additional shipping time of about 3-4 day.

Note: Shipping Charges apply for International Orders depending on the destination country.Our Shipping Charges for International Orders for 1 kg fall in the range of 1000-2500 INR.Our International shipping logistics partner is Chips International & DHL.
Customization:
Yes, we customize for a perfect fit. We don’t charge anything extra for basic length alterations or size fits.It may or may not be possible depending on the availability of the fabric.

Return/Exchange:
- We accept Return/Exchange provided the order is sent back to us within 1 week of delivery and all tags intact.
- We offer store credit which should be redeemed in 6 months from the date of purchase.
- We do not offer refunds.
- In case of Return/Exchange,the courier charges for return will be beared by the customer unless the dress is defective in which case the customer is supposed to inform us at the earliest.
- We request all our customers to not accept the package if it is tampered.Our quality team ensures thorough check of the garment before shipping it.We will not be held responsible and liable to Return/Exchange if the customer accepts a tampered package.
- The return shipping charges will be beared by us if the garment is defective.
- Discounted,customized or altered garments cannot be exchanged or returned.
